Return policy

At ChipTuningTools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, it's important to note that cancellations without a valid reason are not accepted . We only accept returns in the following specific cases:

  • Defective product: If the product you received has a manufacturing defect.
  • Damaged Product: If the product has arrived to you damaged during shipping.
  • Wrong Product: If the product you received does not match the item you purchased.

If you fall into any of these situations, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order, and within a maximum of 7 days of receipt. In order to process the return, we will need you to provide the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Detailed description of the defect, damage or error.
  • Photographs or videos that demonstrate the problem.

Once we've reviewed your case and confirmed that it meets our return conditions, we'll provide you with the next steps. It's important that the product you're returning is in its original packaging and, to the extent possible, unused.

Exceptions:

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Customized or custom-made products.
  • Services already provided (courses, digital licenses, etc.).
  • Digital goods (license keys, File Credits, Downloadable Software once access has been provided).
  • Dangerous goods.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Shipping costs and commissions:

Shipping costs associated with returning a product (in acceptable cases) will be borne by ChipTuningTools. However, the original shipping costs and any bank or payment platform fees will not be refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved (excluding the non-refundable items mentioned above). If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
