This intensive course is designed for professionals seeking a deep understanding of electric vehicle systems and technology. Over four days, we'll combine theory with in-depth practice, covering everything from basic operation to advanced diagnostics and specialized maintenance.

Module 1: Fundamentals and Operation of the Electric Vehicle

This module lays the foundation for understanding the electric vehicle, from its essential components to user interaction and initial configurations.

• 1.1. Getting to Know the Vehicle: Structure and Components
• Main parts: exterior and interior.
• Identification and function of key components.
• 1.2. Interface and User Experience
• Basic vehicle access and operation.
• Navigation and essential functions on the home screen.
• Driver profile customization and comfort settings (easy entry, child safety lock, audio level).
• 1.3. Connectivity and Smart Features
• Bluetooth pairing and using the mobile app.
• Wi-Fi network setup and access to remote functions.
• Practice: Demonstration and configuration of user functions and mobile applications.

Module 2: Systems Management: Energy and Load

We'll delve into the vehicle's energy core, exploring the high-voltage battery system and complex charging systems.

• 2.1. The High Voltage Battery System
• Structure and conformation of the battery pack.
• Functioning and operation of system components.
• Data flow and battery performance monitoring.
• 2.2. Charging System: Components and Operation
• Charging system architecture: main modules (front, right, center, left).
• Penthouse: Charging modules, HV controller and DC/DC converter.
• Low voltage protection devices and systems.
• Practice: Analysis and disassembly of the charging port. Disassembly, assembly, and internal study of the Penthouse.

Module 3: Powertrain and Thermal Management

This module focuses on the systems that power the vehicle and how their temperature is managed to optimize performance and durability.

• 3.1. Traction and Propulsion Engines
• Main components: engines, exchangers, lubrication and cooling pumps.
• Operation and operation of traction equipment and inverters.
• Practice: Data flow analysis of battery and motor systems.
• 3.2. Advanced Thermal Management System
• Operating principles of a refrigerant cooling system.
• Thermal cycles, key components (condensers, exchangers, valves, compressor, supermanifold, octovalve).
• Coolant circulation schemes and operating conditions.
• Practice: Assembly of parts and components of the thermal system.

Module 4: Advanced Diagnostics and Maintenance

The final day is dedicated to the tools and procedures needed for professional vehicle diagnosis, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• 4.1. Service Modes for Maintenance and Diagnostics
• Service Mode access and functions (speed limiting, security, parking, pre-update checks, etc.).
• Plus Service Mode: Draining, filling and purging the thermal system.
• Heat pump and HVAC performance testing.
• Analysis of low and high voltage systems in service mode.
• 4.2. Professional Diagnosis with Toolbox and Advanced Tools
• Use of interface and PC for access to operational problems and data flow.
• Actuators and special tests on modules and components.
• Vehicle connectivity (LAN, CAN, remote connection).
• System reset, redeploy, and common procedures.
• Alert analysis, interpretation, and the importance of vehicle knowledge.
• Diagnostic levels: from on-screen alert monitoring to remote diagnostics.
